When you're at the airport and in an airplane, where do you pump?

@karramaej, last time I went to the airport I didn't see a family bathroom :/  I heard a woman pumping electrically in the handicap stall. And how about in the plane?

Most women do it in the family bathroom when they want privacy but ive seen people at seatac airport just pump while they waited for their plane at the gate
