I've not long lost my mucus plug.. sorry TMI guys but for you first time mum's how long did it take for labour to start? I've been told it's one of the first signs of labour.. I'm due not this Saturday but next..

Meant nothing to me. I lost mine at 37weeks and had to get induced at 41weeks. My waters even broke without me knowing lol xx

it can be a sign. if you have a show ( like plug but with some blood/brown discharge) that is a more reliable sign things are starting. xx
