Damn your lucky, I've tried everything to get my cervix to dilate. Nothing seems to work and I don't have a ball to bounce on.

I was discharged earlier on at four cm but still contracting .I literally went home tone a shower bounced on the ball and tried to take a nap. well when I keep getting woken up but contractions I knew it was time so I went back. I had no clue I had dilated that much
