Didn't have postpartum depression but now that my son is 4 mos, I'm starting to get depressed... don't know if it's my circumstances or what.. 😞 Just wish I felt like myself..

I was the same as well, I just started getting out of the house more. like visiting my mom and going hiking or even running at the park helped me overcome my ppd. now I feel alot better , more like myself. stay strong !

A lot of women don't even realize when they have ppd because it comes on so suddenly. I was in denial for 3 months before I decided to get help and it took over my life. I slept all the time and cried all the time, I was so so depressed. Please don't let yours get to that point. Your body is going crazy with hormones right now and you might need something extra to help you through it until your body gets back on track, which is perfectly okay. Anytime a mother feels depressed it's good to talk to someone because your baby needs you and wants you to be happy♡
