went to doctor for bad period cramps and contractions. I was sent to l&d to monitor the baby and my blood pressure and contractions, fully effaced and trying to dilate but nothing yet. contractions 7-8 mins apart. I was sent home they said I was in early labor gonna walk my butt off tonight bc the burst said to walk and she thinks that'll help get labor started soon. any more advise and has this happened to anyone and delivered soon after
