I need advice. I work 35 miles away from my job. To get free parking I have to walk over a mile there and back. I have to drop off my son at daycare before 9:30 to be allowed to stay for the day even when I don't go in until 4-5. They hired over 80 servers and they told us yesterday that we will all be having 2-3 tables. I'm finding it difficult now really seeing the benefits of working here. I am lacking in sleep and more stressed out now then I was before.
