my son still gets baby acne... like every pimples that even look at adults that get the white stuff…

my son still gets baby acne... like every

pimples that even look at adults that get the white stuff in middle. I don't breast feed so can't use breast milk. what can I do? could it be his body wash? ( I don't put lotion on his face either )
