I guess I'll never get my last name changed nor get my damn driver license or a car... I've been married for 8 months…

I guess I'll never get my last name changed nor get my damn driver license or a car... I've been married for 8 months and I still haven't got my last name changed because my mom always makes up a excuse to not take me. I was supposed to go today but she came at me with a excuse like always. I'm just so frustrated because when she moves out of state it looks like me and my husband won't have a option... :(

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

*VENT/Is there anything I can do? So my daughter has her biological Father's last name (He's somewhat active in her life. She knows him though and calls him daddy) she also calls my boyfriend daddy (her choice). So my daughter recently told me that she wants to change her last name to my boyfriend's last name. 😳 (this was shock to me because my last name isn't even his). She seemed serious. She knows that the baby's last name will be his last name and I think that's why. But she has a new baby brother from her father too. So idk. She says stuff like "We're the (boyfriend's last name) family" I don't like ignoring what my daughter says because although she's 5, she's really smart and knows how she feels. But it's like I can't do anything? 🤦🏽 ♀
