Finally got my head around it...but yesterday I witnessed an accident...shook me up so badly.....I was out walking with Maya and my OH...all of a sudden this woman's bike flips up!...she has a child on the back (so the child is literally in the air) Anyway the bike comes down again....the little girl gets slammed against the road...she is wearing a helmet and everything and the chair she is in absorbs most of the shock...but there was a car behind them... the front of the car was almost touching the back wheel of the bike..it was that close...luckily it had stopped in time!! the girl ends up cutting her mouth..but the mother is fine... My OH was about to rush over to them...but a man and 4 other people rush from the cafe closer to them and help them! This all happened because of a pot holes in the road. I will deffo be talking to the council about it! Everytime I think about it...I well up with tears xxx

@gabilicious She was great :) obviously shocked and everything and was crying a bit :) but I think it helped that her mother was so calm xxx

@gabilicious She was a bit panicked at first I could tell...but when she saw that she was fine..she relaxed :) xxx

That's terrible poor mum and child! And for you to see this! Perhaps you can make a difference with petitioning or at least telling the council about it! Good on you! Xxx
