Step dad lost his cool and knocked my mom around again. Cornered her, shoved her, covered her mouth and nose, you name it. Called the cops on him again. Officer said they're arresting him and since this is a repeat call by multiple calls then it'll be back to prison for him. Does it hurt? Like Hell. I've spent 5 years of my life knowing him and seeing him on his good days was nice. But on his bad days? Worrying about if I'd see my mom alive or if I'd come out without bruises to hide? Sucked. Are we going to struggle with bills now? Yeah. We have an electric and water disconnect already, not to mention a $522 rent payment due by Friday...we'll struggle or be evicted...but I'm tired of the worry and the beatings and his lying and anger. I don't want my daughter growing up to see that happening to her grandma and mom. He loves my daughter, I know that much...and she'll miss him like crazy....but I couldn't allow it to continue...
