hi mommies I started my monthly Nov 5 that usually last 4 days but today makes 8 days today still on and I started depo back again is this normal all I do is cramp ?

Yeah your body has to get use to the shot take you some pain meds for your cramps

Yeah that shot is agg but yet the best I got back on it in September and bled for a month and I'm good now
