My daughter has a sensitivity to milk. Being a nursing mom unable to use dairy products SUCKS!! I hope she grows out if it. Anybody else dealing with this?

Yes! My little one will throw a fit if I drink milk or eat any dairy uncooked

@mrssanderson, soy too for you? I think I have another culprit in the mix, possibly coffee or capsaicin but I haven't pinned it down yet.

@domsmama96, I hope she outgrows it. I'd hate for her to have to grow up dairy free

Yep, can't have dairy or soy & I had to cut coffee out of my diet as well 😔 it's trial & error as to what we can have at this point... I try to introduce one thing at a time to my diet so I'm able to pinpoint what it is. If I'm unsure about something I'll eliminate it & try again in a week or two. It becomes part of your lifestyle after a while... eating Whole Foods like meat & veggies make avoiding hidden sources. How long have you been df?

mm rssanderson, since she was a week old about, with a little experimentation here and there. She got diarrhea again last night tho and I didn't have any dairy which is why I think there is another factor. It's so frustrating!
