Were any of y'all waitresses while pregnant? Did you have restrictions? I got to work at 11 and was supposed to be off by 4, but they made me work til 830. I haven't told them yet because it's soon, but I wasn't able to eat all day until 8pm due to being so busy and it's just exhausting.. I have to eat to have energy! Also lifting trays, is that safe?

but you should also be honest with your supervisor about your situation .. they cannot fire you for being pregnant but they can be accommodating

I work in a warehouse and with my last I didn't restrict myself unless I knew I couldn't handle it.. I felt good my entire pregnancy with no complications.. my job never restricted me either

so now with my 4th pregnancy.. same job. .. I still do everything I did before. lifting, squating.. I guess if you feel like you cannot handle it talk with your doctor and have them write you a doctor's note with the restrictions you need.

My grandma was a waitress when she was pregnant. The restaurant had a policy where you couldn't work after 4 months but she kept it a secret and kept working until 7 months

One thing I will recommend is good comfy shoes cause your feel will swell and it's uncomfortable

I'm a waitress and currently 25 weeks prego. If I start getting tired I just go sit in the bathroom to regain my strength or have a snack. Nothing long just a regroup moment.
