My baby is spitting up a lot after eating , it's been like that for 2 days now I'm starting to get concerned I think I think I'll take him to the doctor tomorrow if it continues

Does he seem bothered by it at all? If not then he is most likely absolutely fine, most of the spit up is actually just saliva and not food. Also you can try giving him small breaks in the middle of feeding to let his stomach settle a little before taking on more.

my baby was too his dr told me to let him just sit for 30 mins after each feeding n it worked for me
