Are you still in the hospital? If so ask for the lactation nurse, mine was awesome! She helped me get him to latch and she'll sit with you as long as it takes, and she'll give you helpful advice

You can still go back and ask for the lactation nurse, that's allowed! Or YouTube videos are helpful. I stopped a while Ago so I'm no help

Try to get milk coming out before you give baby boob, they sometimes don't want it if milk isn't already right there for them

Hold your boob & drag your nipple from under there nose down, their mouth should open.

also try putting a little bit of sugar mixed with a bit of water. that's what they did for me at the hospital
