Talking to my boss about my maternity leave is really stressing me out. Planning on going back 3-4…

I'm going back tomorrow , my son is 8 weeks old . Also because I don't get paid leave and I can lose my position.

I don't get paid leave either but I plan to take 12weeks off. I'm saving up all my pto and you can also you extended sick leave if you have any

I kind of have no choice but to go back asap. Like my boss wants me to take minimal time off as possible. (He's my dad) so like he's totally giving me the pressure to take little time off as possible and he's making me feel bad about it :/ @mmorrell15 @domsmama96

Like a I have enough money saved up to take 4 months off, but he won't allow it without shunning me from the family 😒

Aww sorry to hear that but depending on your state law you are allowed 6 weeks maternity leave

Look mama you gotta do what you gotta do , all you can do is cherish every second of those weeks with your baby and prepare for when you're going back . Prepare yourself and baby , Pumping, bottle feeding , however that may be that's all you can do . And although it's going to suck remind yourself that you have your child for the rest of your life ❤️ you'll have plenty of moments ahead to enjoy him/her

I went back 2 weeks pp. Thankfully I was able to bring my baby but it was a hard choice. But mommas gotta do what we have to.
