It's your uterus going back to normal:) it's normal to have contractions for a few days after. I still get them once in a while while I'm breastfeeding and I'm 3 weeks pp

Did they give you any medicine? The Tylenol and ibuprofen they prescribed works like a charm

yea im done with the ibruprofen but it do help i tryed motrin from the store it helped a lil@anmlopez
