Nipple shield. It's kinda like a bottle nipple that goes over your nipple and he'll latch without pain. It's a life saver

Rub your breast milk on your breasts. It will heal the breast pain after a while. As bad as it hurts you have to keep feeding him or it wont get any better. The first few weeks are the hardest. It hurts so bad for the first couple of weeks breastfeeding but if you really want to breastfeed your baby even if its just by pumping you gotta accept that it's guna be painful for a while unfortunately...you still gotta let him latch if you want it to work.

Nipple shield will help with latch. Soothing gel pads, lanolin, Tylenol. If you want to be successful at breast feeding, as hard as it is you gotta keep putting baby to breast.

Pump and feed until they heal, that's what I had to do for a few weeks.
