Can anyone tell what will help my baby's constipation?

Gripe water!! My baby is breastfed and she will go a couple days without pooping, and I give her gripe water, and she goes the next day.

you welcome @cutie22 that what my pediatrician told me to use with my kids they never get constipated after

mix the bby formula little weaker like 1/2 scoop less

karo syrup they only thing u could use look it up online it sell in Walmart one teaspoon in the bby bottle

Well I wouldn't be too concerned yet. I would ask a pediatrician for sure to see what you can give. I don't think they should have prune juice yet.
