so be prepared for this to be a really long post. & if you don't have anything nice to say, simply don't comment. this isn't something I had planned to talk about on here because it's personal and I simply don't want people to judge my husband. so Felix has been in jail for 2 weeks now. he's being charged with aggravated assault, & assault with a deadly weapon. for some of u who knows when I shared the story about flagstaff, my husband (to say it nicely) beat the shit outta this guy(his name is Alex) after alex took his gun, robbed my husband at gun posting for his truck, and proceeded to shoot rounds off at him while driving away. long story short Felix had a friend take him to where Alex was staying & he did what he did. so on Halloween, someone t boned us in our 300(previous posts if u haven't seen, or wanna see the car), well when they ran his name cuz he was driving a warrant came up and they arrested him on the scene of the accident. well here to find out Alex snitched on Felix & completely left out what Alex did to my husband. they set a warrant for his arrest but since we live in Avondale & it was out of flagstaff, we didn't know. never got any paper work or anything. We have paid a lawyer $10,000. yes $10,000 cash. you read it right. & we owe another $10,000 by the 30th of this month. & basically right now we're waiting on the judge to get back to our lawyer after the weekend. well anyway, I'm not asking for money or anything like that. I'm simply just getting this off my chest because our baby is due anytime now & im so worried he's gonna miss his birth. its such bad timing, and this happened in the beginning of August. it's been killing me inside, I've been crying every night without him here & I want my husband home. did u know it's 25¢ a minute to talk to someone in jail? and video chatting is $8 for 20 minutes. well it doesn't seem like a lot, but it adds up extremely quick. our lawyer is guaranteed he can get Felix out before his court date (the 5th of December) and I trust him because he was felixs cousins lawyer as well who got charged with the same thing, plus insurance fraud on top of it & he only spent 18 days in jail & got bailed out. he's been a lawyer for 25+ years and has had numerous cases up in coconino county , i don't really know where I'm going with this honestly, but I haven't told a lot of people because of how personal it is, but I had to tell someone.

thank you for reading & listening to me rant. I'm not asking for money, or for sympathy. just for you guys to simply pray for me and my family in this time of need, pray that it's gonna turn out okay & that he will be here for his sons birth.
