Yep. Make sure your baby's latching correctly so she's not sucking her lip and when she is drinking the bottle make sure her lips are around the bottle nipple correctly. It goes away quickly though. She's still learning.

Just as long as her hands and feet are not purple.

My sons did the same. Its normal. Sometimes the bottle does it, sometimes them suckling too hard does it is what the doctor told me.
