math eenamarie, it very extendable so it's not just one size fits all and my doctor didn't say anything. But YES it's sooooooooo comfortable don't even want to take it off. It has GREAT back support

@mommyof2boogies, when I went to my Wednesday appointment she was asking about any pain and I was describing it to her and she offer a belly band and I said sure lol so she ordered it for me and I got it today it's well worth it
