@teniera, girl I fought until I had no fight at all...my boss was so torn bit I'm so relieved we worked through it. I'm shocked my boss listened. and I did tell her it was me or her. just goes to show how much my boss and I have been through for her to make the right decision

I fought like crazy. I was prepared for to make today my last day if it came to that. but I had a good feeling when I was talking to my gm that she would make a good choice.
