@gabbymommy, it was baby acne but it cleared up very quickly, like in a day or two using that stuff. You can also put Vaseline on it, I used that at first until I could get to the store for the Hydrocortisone.

Thank you @dang_dridri when u say " it " you mean baby acne or eczema ?

My boys had it REALLY bad. lol Their pediatrician said to use Dove Sensitive Skin soap to wash their wash & put Hydrocortisone 1% on it.

Looks like baby acne to me. My son had it in the beginning too

I thought so too but my husband mom says it looks like eczema @p0790 my hubby had it when was a baby
