Witch hazel is amazing. My ob also gave me a numbing cream for mine when I had them.

I would also just use a tuck pad and stick it between my cheeks and leave it until it dried out. Tmi

I switched the pad 4 times daily and would "wear" it for 2 hours... it took about 2 weeks to heal

Yes. Ice packs also help shrink the tissue. I used an ice pack for about 20 min each hr then the cream and mine shrunk down and weren't painful after about 2 days. I also use witch hazel and squirt down there after using the bathroom to keep the area clean.

yes ma'am. Spread eagle and just put the ice pack right on. I mean of course you can cover the ice pack with a cloth or something and take it off every 30 seconds to a minute so you don't get frozen lmao
