Apple juice! And eat a few prunes! I hate the prune juice but the whole prunes weren't bad at all. Try and avoid taking medicine if you can try this stuff first and then go to medicine if you need to

That may help you. I have tried it all. From veggies, to fiber, lots of water, even suppositories. Nothing helped me. I would be SOOO miserable that I'd be in tears. You can get 2 saline enemas at Wal-Mart for like $1.25. Works fast and relieves tons of discomfort.
