Help.
I was sitting on the couch browsing facebook and suddenly it was terribly hard to breath almost like someone hand their hand around my throat and my heart was racing, I swear you could have seen it popping out of my chest.
It lasted a good 5 minutes. Its over now, but my vision went blurry my arms ached and I started sweating. 😭😢

idk what happened. it scares me that it might happen again @wethreepeas it was totally random. I have panic attacks but they don't happen like this.
