Can someone please help me out? Something weird is going on with me and I don't know what it is!
Here are my symptoms:
Nausea, mild headaches, fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal cramping, and bad diarrhea.
I've also been very gassy and whenever I burp, it smells SO BAD that I almost throw up every time.
Someone please tell me what this might be and what I can do to fix it!!!!!

viral infection , or dehydration. drink fluids, take tyonal to prevent fever and headache and pain, and nasusa take anti nasusa meds or gingerl

I also had the same symptoms. Might want to take one to rule it out... I don't think they're always 100%

Okay I'll try drinking more water @allyk.xmommy and if it doesn't get better in a couple days I might take one @shananaginsx!

Is the burping like a rotten egg taste? If so get checked for h. pylori bacteria.
