Okay I need to know I haven't been able to go and get a pregnancy test...that and I am scared to take one...anyways I have the Mirena..and I had it in for a month the first time around and it started to falls out I got checked a month ago and it was still in place..so lately...I had some cramping and some little brown discharge...and then nothing else....I lost my appetite and I been waking up nauseous...I seem overly bloated...and I actually gained a few pounds even though I haven't been eating and I'm constantly active...since I am on the Mirena...I don't have a period and don't know what to think!
