@anyae23, supposedly it can make the baby septic. But from what I've read other mothers said nothing happens. usually they give ut to you through IV

I had it but got the antibiotics. I don't remember if they got that specific about it. I know I asked exactly like what it was. I think they just said that the baby could get really sick. I'd ask the pediatrician to check the baby out just to make sure.

@anyae23, i dont meant to be nosy but that sounds like an interesting birth story, where did you have her. if yiu dont mind me asking, if you do, dont worry about it. lol

@babybearblue2, lol its not a problem, but yes it is interesting to me at least but long story short my dumb doctor's assistant sent me home bc he claims i wasn't dilated enough so I'm back home and ended up having her on the bathroom floor a few hours later

@anyae23, omgg you must have been scared. how did you know what to do? how dialated where you when they sent yiu home. Did yiu cut her umbilical cord yourself? 😲

@babybearblue2, ahaa, i was a little not more than my mom though. I think i was only 3 maybe 4 centimeters dont really remember that part but I was feeling like i had to poop/push so I went to the bathroom on the toilet pushing and felt a pop my water had broke and then i felt her head so my mom panicked and called my aunt I yelled at her to call 911 I was pissed she called her first lol but 911 told me to get on the floor and ems came to deliver her and cut the cord ect. All in all it was about 3 hours of labor since i forced myself to sleep through it and 3-4 pushes
