what should I expect with me starting week 18 of my pregnancy tomorrow? I have different people telling me different things and I'm like every pregnancy isn't the same is it?

My cravings are already worse and getting weirder lol. I can already feel my baby boy kicking a little. I can't sleep all that good at night and and my belly and nipples itch like crazy lol. But surprisingly I haven't been really cranky as of yet lol. Thank you very much @mrs.n2014
