I want to buy Edith a Christmas outfit off Etsy however, not sure what size... she weighs 6lbs 4oz as of last week, probably a little more now. Would it be safe to get newborn size? She'll be right around 2 months by Christmas. I'm thinking yes since she just now is fitting into newborn ... but I don't want to buy it and it not fit lol. Help! New at this baby sizing

I'd think you should be safe with newborn. My baby is 2 months Sunday and still in newborn and I think your baby weighed about the same. Though if you went with 0-3 it wouldn't be drastically huge on her. Her length plays a big part in it.

@mcrowell0970, yeah majority of pants are still wayyy too big on her little body yet. I guess I could wait till the end of this month to order anything though, play it safe that way. @jasholbert yeah, length wise things are still way too long. She's a little over 19in. I'm sure she'll be longer by then. I would hope lol she's a good eater for sure
