can baby acne be on the chest and back ? his pediatrician keeps telling me it's baby ance but it's spreading like a rash or eczema:(

can baby acne be on the chest and back ? his pediatrician keeps telling me it's baby ance but it's spreading like a rash or eczema:(
a week or so. he would get a few times though. i would put coconut oil or breast milk in his bath and used aveeno lotion on him as well.
