@allyk.xmommy, I have been faithfully taking my prenatals, but maybe cutting my hair would help, since it's long from everything, and it'd be easier to wash and not so many long strands everywhere! Thanks :)

I kept taking prenatals. got 3" cut off my hair. and it helped wonderfully
