Okay honestly, am I the only one whose scared that they'll pass gas while pushing during delivery?

Many many women poop during delivery, the nurses and doctors just clean it up and usually don't say a thing about it, so I wouldn't worry about farting

Also how have you not farted in front of your fiancé, that's too much work lol

I farted when I gave birth. Its totally normal.. It embarrassed me but I got over it after like 2 seconds because more serious stuff was happening and it's not like anyone cares lol

I didn't even get to poop while I was actually birthing (a huge concern of mine) because the epidural gave me terrible diarrhea and EVERYONE had to see it for hours because I had a birthing ball between my legs. And nurses already have to clean you frequently because of fluid and blood so they were already screwed. Of course, I had no idea it was happening because I couldn't feel it though.

You can do it!! Don't give in unless you're feeling like death. I was convinced to get it after specifying I did not want it and ended up getting it 4 times. I was so fucked up when I actually pushed my son out that I not only have no memory of it but I couldn't hold him for 30-40 minutes without someone holding him on me because I was limp and out of it.

I'm with everyone who says you won't care when you're delivering lololol..

when I got my epidural I passed gas the whole time & didn't realize it was me until like the 3rd Fart. we kept thinking it was my dad cuz he was asleep next to my hospital bed. lol it was me. the chaplain came to pray with me & right in the middle of prayer I poot. lol so humiliating. there was nothing i could do about it. I politely said "excuse me" & we continued to pray. lol I farted while they cleaned me up after I delivered but not sure if I did during..

I'm extremely gassy during pregnancy. It's so bad.
