our water got cut off they told us we needed $270 so we go take it to them and now they're telling us we need $540 instead of $270... so now idk how I am going to come up with the other $270 ;(

Go to the welfare department. They will help you with bills like water and electricity especially if you have kids. I'd call your human service department.

Did y'all fill up a pool or 2 because god dang 540$ is absolutely ridiculous for a water bill, even with a late fee. I would be looking at other companies tbh

we did and everything but they brought the cops and a bunch of people from the water place. first they came and tried to and they told us they weren't just to make the $270 so not even long after that they come back with a manager 3 different guys and 2 SUV's cops and turn it off and we had just barely got all the money now they're saying we have to pay $540 now
