Question for mommas who use the soothe pacis

My little girl has been using the 0-3 month size one.

I got her the 3+ ones and they a lot more firmer and thick than the 0-3 and she won't use them.

Anyone else baby do this? Is it okay for her to use the 0-3 if she refuses the 3+ size one?
