ok yeah, i thought so. i was thinking about doing it but you eventually have to pay that money back. so i said nvm same with welfare you have to pay all that back

your friend probably got cash aid that u have to pay back or if u did some kind of fraud they will make u pay it back

You don't have to pay it back. It's a state benefit you can get if you qualify.
