@madretobe, Prbly Braxton Hicks but you should download a contractions counter app just to make sure you aren't going into labor in the future.

Are they non stop or do they have little stop periods in between?

i had those type of cramps for the first time in pregnancy yesterday, just really low abdominal. didn't last very long though. felt different than the normal BH
