Ian (my hubs) and I spent the night in the ER last night due to some bleeding that I was experiencing. I'm okay. No miscarriage, bleeding is unknown (probably from the progesterone hormone that I'm taking and doing to much at work yesterday) cervix is closed though. Had an ultrasound at 6 weeks that only showed a gestational sac. No yolk sac or fetal pole. Could be due to it being too early but could also not be a viable pregnancy. I have an appointment at 11:30 today with my OB. Pray for us y'all. Please.

Thank you @josiahsmommy91815! I'm just really trying to stay positive. Reading stories online about it working out and little bean popping up a little late. My 4 year old (who doesn't know about the ultrasounds yet) keeps saying that "baby is coming" and "baby is like me" (I really don't know what he means by that)

The ultrasound tech was a lot more optimistic at my appointment today because everything looks fine minus the lack of a yolk sac or fetal pole. No sign of a miscarriage. She was sure that I just had my dates mixed up and ovulated later than I thought. The doctor was less optimistic. I have another ultrasound next week to see if there's any change. Until then I'm on bed rest and trying my best to stay optimistic.
