I've taken a pregnancy multi vitamin from the moment I found out I was pregnant. I've taken all different brands, the only one that made me sick was pegnacare plus (and they're really expensive for what they are!) x

i also tried many kind and the best so far for me was the ones from seven seas(purple pack) bought them in asda xx

I haven't taken a single pregnancy vitamin in my pregnancy but I do have a lot of smoothies and veggie so I'm all good

I started off with Seven seas then went onto pregnacare :) then when that finished..took a boots brand xxx

yes I take pregnacare and sill do at 23 week's its good for you & baby :) xx
