my SO and I had a fight and he said I don't appreciate anything he does which is complete bull s☆☆☆ I know he just mad about stuff from work but still no need to yell at me and plus I always use to do the cute stuff for him and told me to stop cause he knew I cared and loved him etc but now he yells at me and tells me I don't care I'm so hurt ... I feel alone I don't even think he will kiss me goodbye when he leaves and plus I fell on the ground and he knows today was NOT a good day and he invited his friend over to destress but no I am still having problems with my anxiety

Men are big babies!!!!... You still have to show him and prove your love... They get just as insecure about things and get scared... They just aren't allowed to talk about their "feelings..." So they just get mad. Just keep soothing him and treating him the way you used to and tell him you are sorry he feels the way he does and that you will always love him the same... if not more. Some men get scared that you'll love the baby more than them... So just be aware of the possible jealousy... And keep reassuring him. We are all big kids deep down inside who want the same things... We want to be loved unconditionally, respected, listened to, encouraged... And reassured when we are in doubt. Hope this helps. ❤️❤️❤️
