When my babe was constipated, I'd give him a bottle of half prune juice, half water. I'd give him 1 oz of the mixture in the morning bc that always seemed to be when he'd try to poop, and then another oz of the mixture in like the middle of the day just to make sure everything was nice and soft and ready to go for the next morning lol.

You just need an oz or two of prune juice mixed with a normal formula bottle. It works everytime for my little girl. I've been giving her prune juice since four months for constipation.

My daughter drinks 8oz formula bottle in one sitting. So I make a 6oz formula bottle and add two oz of prune juice at the end. I just made her one before bed because she's constipated as well.
