To continue to receive Medicaid for my daughter I have to pursue CS. In order to pursue CS I have to know BD tribe and full birth name, which he never told me. Before I do that, though, I have to go to court to establish full custody and make me the custodial parent. In order to do that I have to have court fees, pay for a paternity test, etc. Ugh. Bullshit that I have to do this just so she can be covered medically.

I was told the same thing. I think it's a shame! My BD is doing his part & is a great father. He doesn't NEED to put on CS. That's just another way of them making shit hard.
