My MIL is royally pissing me off! My 2 year old won't eat his dinner, but is crying for cookies. So obviously I say "No cookies until you eat your dinner." If he's hungry enough to eat a handful of cookies, he's obviously hungry enough to eat his dinner. And what I made for him is something he likes, so it's not like he's not eating just because he doesn't like it. Well she isn't telling him no, like I have been, she keeps saying things like "I can't give you any, mommy said no" "Mommy will get mad if I give you some" "Omg you're crying is breaking my heart, I would give you some if I could" Like wtf?! You don't throw me under the bus to a 2 YEAR OLD. That just makes it seem like I'm being a mean mom for no logically reason! Now she's trying to say to me "Well maybe he doesn't understand that he has to eat that first" Yes he does! He knows exactly what I'm saying! She tries to be his best friend & the "good guy" -I'm sick & tired of it!!!! Sorry for the rant lol
