Looks like eczema or a little irritated rash.

Put A & D ointment or natural creams if you prefer.

@Momoftwo2017, should I leave it alone and watch it?

My son has eczema and some of his breakouts look like this. Eucerin lootion and baby wash, and don't bath so often. Humidifier too so his skin doesn't dry out and get worse

Yep! I have eczema and thats what it looks like. if he begins to scratch put some gloves on him or it will weep and get sooo much worse.

and yes, A&D ointment! They also make eczema creams for babies.
