My son use to wake up at 7 on the dot but now bc of the time change it's 6. How do I fix that?? ππ

I kept Emma awake a little longer then usual so she would sleep at night, she usually naps at 11 but didn't nap till 5 so she slept almost all night, now she's awake I'm keeping her up until 10:30 so she naps at her normal time
