idk what to do. my daughter is just keeps throwing up has dihariah and fever 103.5. ive been alternating her meds to try to keep the fever not come back but dosent seem like its working.... she seems okay right now shes sleeping im soooo worried about her and pray it nothing worse then just a cold

How old is your daughter? any signs of dehydration?

well thw doctors told me that to bring her in if she gets a 105.0 fever to ruah her to the ER so im just hoping Tylenol will keep it down for next few hours.

@showersoverflowers, no she has enough pee dippers and she is almost 14 months.

fevers are just letting us know their little bodies are doing what they are supposed to be doing. I know it's nerve wracking! keep alternating motrin and tylenol. try also giving her 5ml or so of pedialyte immediately after to try to prevent dehydration. If the fever does not go down and she continues to throw up, they can give antinausea medication. just really push the pedialyte. don't try to feed her at all

@showersoverflowers, okay i will do my best to not give her food, and yeah ill keep alternating her meds till i take her in in the morning to her pediatrician, ive been pushing the pedialyte as much as she will take. but im not having that much luck.

I'm sorry sweetie. sick babies are heartbreaking. I would definitely bring her in just to have a once over tomorrow. if you try to lower her tempature with a bath, make sure it isn't a cool bath. If her fever goes down too quickly, it could actually induce a febrile seizure.

give her pedialyte, it's okay if she doesn't wanna eat, but keep giving her fluids so she doesn't get dehydrated. if her temperature doesn't go down take her to the hospital.

@showersoverflowers, thank you after i gave her her medicine she seemed to help i gave her a bath she really enjoyed playing in the water lol. and she is still sleeping this morning!

well took her to the doctors, she has a stomach bug, and a double ear infection so shes on medicine for next 2 weeks shes resting right now. keeping her home for few days to let her just be home from daycare. thank you for asking @showersoverflowers
