so I dont get visits from my friends who do have children & there are no babies around my daughters…

That's the thing I always really worry about. I'm not positive that is a "bad thing" but I know that social interaction with other babies/kids is very important.

Is there any way you join a mom/baby play group? I know that will help. And if you have a "little gym" near you, they do parent and baby gymnastics class. I'm in that with my daughter and she loves it. My husband comes with us too, so it isn't just a mom thing. You both can do it.

My son never had been with kids his age not even family and I DNT feel that's a issue even with school his teachers tells me he is amazing at what he does and who he is I believe it's the way u would raise ur kids from right to wrong even now he walks to school in all by himself self with his cousin who is 6

My son is 7 with autism high functioning and ADHD and seeing him with older kids helps out alote with social issues and his ADHD bcuz of this there's only one bad outcome he doesn't like younger kids even with his 6yr old cousin they fight alote bcuz of the age and my sons disorders but his oldest cousin they good but then again yes they learn things and grow a little to fast tho

Believe me..there's plenty of time. We used to take my son to Gymboree for that reason! Then some weeks, he'd end up w some odd virus. It's a totally personal decision. Don't worry too much at this age though. Think of your baby's social needs as a marathon and not a sprint.
