How early did u start a bed time routine for your little one ? And what is it? :)

I started a night time bath, feed, and cuddles till he fell asleep around a month, he's three months now and goes to bed around 9:30 and sleeps through the night until 8 am

Yes I do, no. Sometimes I put him in his swing until I'm ready for bed and falls asleep on there until I take him out and go to bed with him

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, depends on what I'm doing
